Since going Live with Adept Enterprise ® our premier Enterprise Management Software system over 22 years ago, Adept Technologies ® has continued to enhance our Edge and Cloud software products and services. Our USA based out of the box thinking software engineers, led by seasoned professionals are constantly trailblazing new technology.
With the delivery of Adept Enterprise ® Software as a Service in January 2007, we became the first software corporation to offer an advanced Enterprise Management Software System in the cloud.
We offer Adept Enterprise ® in the Cloud (Software as a Service), Edge (Edge of the Cloud with On Premise), and Hybrid (Software as a Service, and Edge of the Cloud with On Premise) which gives our customers the flexibility to manage their systems, that best fits their organization, and prevents critical information from being in the hands of the wrong people.
All our software systems are written from scratch, we never oursource, we never use open source, we never purchase tools, we write all our tools and code ourselves.
We never use any Public Cloud System, based on the huge cybersecurity risks of these infrastructure as a service platforms, all our Software as a Service technology is hosted on our servers in our data centers in the United States of America.

Founder of Adept Technologies, Nick has held various technical, management and leadership positions in his 30-year career in the computer industry. Since founding Adept Technologies in December 2001, Nick has led the development and implementation of numerous Adept software products and services to large Corporations specialized in power generation and distribution, along with Federal, State and Local governments.
One of his major accomplishments was designing and implementing an Adept cybersecurity software system that tracked and removed hidden spyware and malware from operating power plants in the United States of America. Locating and removing dark energy malware and other danger-ware was a major priority, and Nick worked with MIT and Federal agencies that saved power plants from being taken offline. Nick continues to lead the software development part of the company as Chief Software Architect as the company has grown to encompass offices in multiple states.
Prior to founding Adept Technologies, Nick held positions as Project Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Implementation Consultant at Sierra Computer Systems, which became Accela in 1999. At Accela Nick implemented the government software application Permits Plus to numerous government agencies across the United States, re-engineered the Accela GIS, and Office link applications, and taught extended education classes. Nick relocated to Maryland from California and led the development of a satellite office in Baltimore Maryland, along with successfully implementing numerous government agencies before January 1st, 2000 (Y2K).
Before joining Accela, Nick worked at the HIT Products Corporation based in California. Nick held positions as Schedule 40 Department Director, Design Engineer, and Director of Information Technology. As an Engineer, Nick was involved in the design and implementation of Prologic controllers, CNC g-code networks, printed circuit board design, and supported numerous software systems. At Hit Products Nick received numerous training certificates from Oracle, Intel, GE Plastics, Microsoft and Autodesk.
Nick is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
